At Eastsports Ghana, we value your satisfaction and strive to make every purchase a positive experience. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
• The item was purchased directly from eastsportsghana.com or our physical store.
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, agricultural products)
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) once opened
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or special-order items
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
• Wrong size or variant (fashion, electronics, etc.)
• Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Returns can be dropped off at our store or shipped to our designated return address (provided upon request).
